Position: Peer to Peer Campaign Manager (Contract Position)

Summary: We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Manager to join our Race4EveryKid team on a 4-month contract basis. This role is crucial in driving our P2P fundraising success and expanding our partnerships. Prior success in leading Peer-to-Peer fundraising campaigns is a must.

Responsibilities: The Peer-to-Peer Campaign Fundraising Manager is a 4-month contract position responsible for driving Peer-to-Peer (P2P) fundraising success through growth of strategic partnerships with corporations, community groups, schools and individuals. The manager will be responsible for identification, recruitment and coaching of sponsors and teams for Soles4Souls’ signature peer-to-peer fundraising event, Race4EveryKid. This position works closely with the business development team, volunteers, and board members to reach ambitious revenue and participation goals.

• Recruit and engage high-value sponsors and teams, with a focus on corporations, community groups, schools, and volunteers, to participate in Race4EveryKid.

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to maximize fundraising potential.

• Create innovative toolkits and resources to optimize digital fundraising tools for participants.

• Coach and mentor teams and individuals to meet and exceed fundraising goals using best practices.

• Manage and optimize peer-to-peer fundraising and registration platforms.

• Ensure execution of sponsorship benefits.

• Collaborate closely with the business development team, volunteers, and board members to achieve ambitious revenue and participation targets

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve fundraising goals.

• Extensive knowledge of online communication and fundraising strategies, motivators and techniques.

• Proven ability to engage others in the achievement of revenue goals.

• In-depth understanding of P2P administration and management.

• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

• Experience with fundraising platforms. Prior experience with Pledgeit, Fundraise Up, and NetSuite CRM a plus.

• Demonstrated ability and willingness to solicit funds with donors and prospects.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and clearly in a remote environment, both verbally and in writing.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary to work closely with all constituents including donors, staff, volunteers.

• Strong organizational and financial management skills.

• Valid driver’s license.
