Job description

The Job

The Business Insights team is dedicated to playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s decision-making process. The team is focused in providing Business Insights to Management and support business with operational tooling. You work hand-in-hand with business teams to deliver insights that shape strategic direction. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do—whether within our team or with stakeholders across the company.

The focus of the team is company wide and drives:
1) All Business models (Wholesale / Brick & Mortar / ECOM)
2) All Business areas (Essentials Leg- and Bodywear (incl. brands as PUMA, Tommy Hilfiger, CK, and others), and Fanwear for Motorsport (brands includes a.o. Ferrari, Aston Martin, F1) and Football (MCFC, Premier League)
3) Covers all aspects of the business (Sales, Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.).

You will be part of the Business Insights team of 3 FTE. You report to the Head of FP&A and Business Insights, who also heads-up the FP&A team of stichd (4FTE).

Your Mission

  • Act as a business partner to Management/Stakeholders with analysis on key business trends
  • Drive and challenge stakeholders with insights to improve business going forward
  • Develop in-depth ad-hoc analyses based on specific business needs
  • Support business with creating detailed analysis to drive business decisions
  • Support with improvements for reporting, analytics, and processes to increase top line sales and drive cost efficiency

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in an international environment (Retail preference); and
  • Education: Minimum a Master’s degree in Business Economics / Business analytics / Finance or Bachelor level with additional personal or professional development.

This role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
