The Sr Analyst, Reporting & Tools will support the Director of Reporting & Tools in developing advanced analytics solutions, interactive dashboards, and predictive models to provide data-driven insights into workforce planning, talent management, and diversity & inclusion. This role will play a crucial part in leveraging data to drive HR initiatives and improve decision-making. 

 

Specific duties include but are not limited to: 

 

Data Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track key talent metrics across the associate lifecycle. 

  • Analyze diversity and inclusion trends and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Build predictive models to forecast workforce needs and support strategic planning. 

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms and tools. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Communicate data insights in a compelling and accessible way to drive action. 

  • Provide training and support to HR team members and business leaders on data interpretation and report utilization. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new data sources with existing HR systems. 

Operational Excellence: 

  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data to solve business challenges and drive HR initiatives. 

  • Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures for HR systems. 

 

Ideal requirements of the job include: 

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience. 

  • Proven experience in HR analytics and reporting, and HRIS systems. 

  • Expertise in data analysis tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, OneModel). 

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and industry trends. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and concise reports for various audiences. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

The salary range for this role is $96,700-$144,967. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
