We are looking for skilled Cash Management Accountant to join our amazing team located in Pune India.

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring quality and timely processing of outgoing payments, accurate recognition of incoming payments (Accounts Receivables) and processing bank statements.

  • Issuing of free text documents not related to core business.

  • Reconciliation of sub ledgers and other accounts including perioding postings.

  • Performing relevant controls.

  • Supporting less experience employees in daily tasks

  • Supporting organisation in improvement projects and preparing documentation for audit purpose

  • Supporting the organization with professional accounting as well as other tasks related to the daily finance job.

  • Support or run trainings related to process including materials preparation

  • Regular review of process related documentation

Key tasks:

Bank payment processing, including:

•Generating payments list based on approved invoices and due dates

•Entering them into the banking system, coordination of approvals

•Posting bank payments to AP ledgers

Bank statements accounting according to Hempel rules, including calculation and posting of:

•Payments received from customers, together with accurate matching against AR invoices

•Payments to suppliers / other liabilities

•Currency revaluations

•Other transactions

Maintaining proper documentation for the above.

Issuing of free text documents not related to core business:

•Third party invoices for cost reimbursements, where required

•Other invoices, where required

Performing relevant controls (e.g. Impero controls)

Reconciliation of sub-ledgers and other accounts including perioding postings.

Timely and accurate bank reconciliations, including proactive approach to resolving unidentified payments

 Qualifications and competences:

  • Min 2 year of experience in accounting 

  • University degree preferable in Finance or Accounting

  • Good level of English (written and spoken)

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Organizational skills and accuracy

  • Friendly personality
