Key responsibilities:
Ensures the work is carried out in accordance to specification.
Ensures the required standards (ISO) are met in all segments of the job.
Ensures correct products and techniques are used.
Arranges the execution of various tests to ensure quality of performed work. Advises customers of any deviations and how to correct sub-standard work. Attends relevant meetings and gives technical advice in line with Hempel practice. Records and reports using official company electronic tools/forms.
Arranges daily inspection plan on assigned project.
Responsible for Safety in the given work Provide training to Paint users Trouble shooting, complaint handling

Required education, experience and job-related skills:
Education: University Degree or Technical certification
Skills:
Technical background
Comprehensive product knowledge
Sense of Team work,
Good computer skills
Safety certification from a recognized safety authority.
NACE certified preferred
Experience:Minimum 3 years of practical and technical experience in the coating fields.
