Seeking MRI Technologist!

Full-Time, Mon-Fri - 8-hour days, no weekends/holidays,

potential to work from home some days

Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area

This position will assist the Medical Director in developing MRI Policies and Procedures, to ensure the safe operation of the MRI Department and staff. This position will ensure all standards required by the accrediting bodies that oversee the MRI operation are enforced. As the MRI Safety Officer, this position is the resource for staff and providers to evaluate the safety of medical implants and minimizing the risks to every patient that enters the MRI scanner. This position will also work as an MRI technologist daily with responsibilities that are included as a MRI technologist

Qualifications:

• Registered MRI Technologist

• Registered MRSO upon hire or within 12 months from date of hire

• 5 years’ experience as MRI technologist
• BLS for healthcare provider from AHA, ARC, or AHSI (will provide training)
