Description/Responsibilities:
Tivity Health is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sr Sales Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Product Team. In this role you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team through efficient contract management, project management, and process improvements in sales and revenue operations. The ideal candidate will also oversee marketplace onboarding and sales operations process optimization to drive efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Revenue Support
- Develop, manage, and optimize sales processes to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient workflows between teams.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for contract execution, renewals, and amendments.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment on pricing, billing, and reporting.
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Own the contract lifecycle process, from drafting and review to execution and archiving, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Track and manage timelines for renewals, expirations, and amendments.
- Work closely with the Legal team to address any contract-related issues or concerns.
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate sales-related projects, including marketplace onboarding, technology implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and other departments, including Product, Marketing, and IT.
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks in existing sales workflows and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Introduce automation tools and CRM optimizations to improve the speed and quality of sales support operations.
- Train sales team members on new tools, processes, and best practices.
Marketplace Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients in the digital marketplace, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting onboarding issues and provide proactive solutions.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with account executives, client success managers, and leadership to drive client satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions by providing operational insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, or a similar role preferred.
- Proven expertise in contract management and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from sales data.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in health and wellness, SaaS, or healthcare industries a big plus.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms and onboarding processes preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization preferred.
The salary range for this opportunity is $70,300 to $96,000 per year. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
