Project Manager-ERP

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically in implementing EBS >> ERP transformation and EPM experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in leading large-scale ERP implementation projects from conception through to completion.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 

• Lead the planning and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project forecast/ plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Minimum Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills, Experience, & Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful ERP implementation project.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
