Now Matching: Social Media Manager to join our awesome community, you’ll be responsible for growing the company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate is a middle-level professional with a proven track record of managing dynamic social media accounts, creating compelling content, and leveraging analytics to drive engagement.

Location: Remote in Europe

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.).

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each platform.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media strategies with overall company goals.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights.

  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Manage paid campaigns on social platforms to amplify content and drive traffic.

🧑‍🚀 About You:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management.

  • Proven success in growing and engaging social media audiences across various platforms.

  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools to track and improve performance.

  • Knowledge of paid media strategies and tools for social advertising.

  • Experience working with start-ups and SaaS niches would be a plus.

  • Ability to deliver results in a timely manner with daily updates.

  • Fluent English, as work primarily involves US-based clients.

  • Flexibility to work US hours or adjust your schedule to align with the San Francisco timezone
