About the Company:
Our client is based in the US and transitioned to becoming a health insurance broker out of a passion for helping others. Combining firsthand medical experience with a strong personal commitment, the client guides individuals in finding the right health coverage. Their goal is to ensure clients feel secure and supported by identifying a plan that fits their needs and provides peace of mind.

 

They are expanding their offshore Philippine team by adding an additional assistant with call center experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for helping others and guiding individuals in finding the right health coverage.

As an Assistant, the role involves making outbound phone calls to warm leads about health insurance to schedule appointments. The assistant is also responsible for fluently texting leads to set appointments using the provided platform and calling individuals interested in health insurance to coordinate and confirm appointment schedules.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to warm leads about health insurance to set appointments
  • Fluently text leads to set appointments using the provided platform
  • Send quotes to leads via text
  • Utilize Google Sheets effectively
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using computers

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience in telemarketing
  • Experience with outbound calls
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets
  • With own equipment/laptop

Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:

  • Background in health insurance.
