Job role
We are seeking a talented and experienced communications expert to join our team. As a communications expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey our company's message to internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will focus on customer communications as well as transformation, and you will have the opportunity to utilize your exceptional communication skills to enhance our brand presence and maintain strong relationships with various audiences. What you will do
- Manages communication activities around key business areas, such as customer communications and transformation, to present and maintain a positive image internally
- Develops and implements the communication strategy and plan for assigned key business area, as well as contributes to the implementation of the overall customer communications plan
- Ensures proper communication for designated projects and activities in line with the overarching corporate communications strategy
- Researches, develops, plans, maintains and implements policies, programs and communication structures that enhance Allianz Services 's relationships with the community and stakeholders, (e.g. leadership, customers etc.);
- Prepares, compiles, and creates content for internal and external communication, i.e., composing, editing, and producing communications for target groups including, but not limited to templates, presentations, scripts, articles, e-mails, internal and external social platforms posts, etc.
- Manages and constantly improves communications processes using data and analytics to ensure smooth running and more effective results, as well the overall service delivery improvement.
- Contributes to internal events with content from area of expertise and provides support as needed for internal customer events.
- Constantly monitors and prepares measurement reports on communications activities (e.g. annual report, post project or campaign report, post-event report)
- Stays updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies used in communication to continuously enhance experiences offered through the communication actions. Innovation ideas and new formats for communication campaigns are expected.

You have
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Fluent English written and spoken; German language is a plus
- Strong Knowledge of Office 365 apps
- Knowledge of communication platforms and channels
- Relevant work experience in e.g., communications, social media, PR, event management etc.
- Over 5 years’ experience in corporate internal communication
- Experience in B2B sales campaigns is a plus
