Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction (Voice/Chat):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls or chat messages from customers.
- Address customer queries, provide accurate product/service information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Offer an exceptional customer experience, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude throughout all interactions.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or direct them to appropriate solutions based on their needs.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Understand customer concerns and address them in a clear and concise manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Work towards resolving customer complaints efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
- Provide timely reports or updates to supervisors or team leaders regarding progress or issues encountered.
Meeting Performance Metrics:
- Consistently meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as call/chat response time, issue resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain adherence to the companys guidelines and processes while performing all duties.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide feedback, and support one another in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th grade or equivalent qualification.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency and clarity are essential).
Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong desire to assist and interact with customers and provide effective solutions.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to understand complex issues and address them in a logical, clear manner.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, software, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, processes, and changes in the work environment.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory for freshers):

Previous experience in a BPO environment (voice or chat process)
Knowledge of customer service principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
