Job overview and responsibilities

The IT Procurement Coordinator is leading the transition of the current procurement processes provided by a third party into Syensqo, implementing process improvements and ensuring full user autonomy in the end state.

 

The main roles and responsibilities are the following:

  • Understand and describe the current end-to-end procurement processes for IT
  • Transition the processes into Syensqo in collaboration with the Finance and Procurement function
  • Ensure process implementation in current and new systems
  • Train all IT users and promote adoption
  • Monitor and ensure process quality
  • Improve processes
  • Provide operational support during high workload periods
  • Reach full user autonomy within 18 months
  • Coordination of one additional resource in the global IT capability center in India

 

Additional roles and responsibilities are the following:

  • Project Management Office support
  • Operational and administrative management support, such as resource onboarding, communication coordination, administrative issue resolution.

 

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (administrative, executive assistant or similar orientation)
  • Experience with procurement / purchasing administrative processes
  • Project Management Experience / knowledge
  • Usage of productivity and collaboration tools
