Who you are:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Capital Markets Solutions Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our technical solutions and products. Your deep capital markets expertise, strong communication skills, and ability to understand and address complex customer challenges will be essential in ensuring the success of our solutions. What you’ll do:

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and create tailored technical solutions that align with their needs.

Lead technical pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops for clients to showcase the value and capabilities of our products.

Act as a subject matter expert for capital markets and our products, understanding their architecture, features, and integration possibilities.

Design and develop proof-of-concept solutions, prototypes, and custom demos to address specific customer use cases and challenges.

Provide in-depth technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation phase, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of our solutions.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with the customer's technical teams to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and improvement suggestions to influence product roadmaps.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations and insights to the organization.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the solutions engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

What you have:

Proven experience in Capital or secondary markets including pricing, hedging, and loan sales.

Experience using PPE and other capital markets software.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build bespoke solutions.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Prior experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong customer-focused attitude with a keen understanding of how to address customer needs and pain points.

[Preferred / not required] Strong technical background with expertise in software development, systems architecture, and cloud technologies.
