The Role
The Staffing Specialist will serve on the Talent Acquisition Team to conduct full-cycle recruitment specifically to source, interview and assess candidates across different industries and roles for Wing. They will work with the talent acquisition team to appropriately match top talent with clients needing assistance in their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and sourcing tools.
Screen candidates to ensure they meet the job qualifications and are aligned with role expectations.
Maintain an active talent pipeline for urgent and future hiring needs.
Ensure candidates attend scheduled interviews and follow up on any missed appointments.
Track and follow up on pending assessments, required documents, and other application requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Regularly communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and resolve any inquiries.
Act as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Provide clear instructions and expectations to candidates regarding interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.
Support candidates throughout their recruitment journey to create a positive experience.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure recruitment timelines and goals are met.
Prepare reports on candidate engagement, pipeline status, and compliance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement in sourcing and compliance processes and recommend actionable solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR administration is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment tools is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of sourcing strategies on social media and job boards is preferred.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive follow-up and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms (preferred).
Professional and empathetic in managing candidate interactions.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to address candidate issues and improve compliance processes.
