Job description

 
 

Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for global enterprises, is looking for qualified Mid-Market Sales Reps to augment its Middle Market sales team. Extensive marketing and channel campaigns, as well as a portfolio of existing customers will provide a steady flow of leads to work from, however you will also be expected cold call, network, and self-source leads in order to be successful.

Previous B2B sales experience is required. The ideal candidate will have telecom, mobility, or SaaS sales experience.

The ideal candidate is located in the Central Time Zone or Chicago area. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES  

  • Work with the VP of Middle Market Sales to develop and execute a thorough territory plan to sell new logo accounts within your assigned territory as well as drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to existing customers within your territory 
  • Build territory pipeline of new-logo opportunities to support 3x quota goals
  • Build cross-sell portfolio strategy to expand from single-point solutions to uncover growth opportunities for additional Calero solutions. 
  • Present value proposition for each of Calero's solutions 
  • Prepare pricing, proposals, business cases and oversee RFP responses 
  • Manage all stages of the pipeline development to create consistent flow and results

 EDUCATION/SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred

  EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ experience of providing sales and/or account management in a B2B environment
  • Previous experience and success in sales of telecom, mobility, software, or SaaS services preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, telecommunications, IT, software, or technology related solutions

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 annually plus commission. It is important to Calero that potential candidates for this position understand that compensation depends on numerous factors including the geographic location where the role will be performed, skills required, experience, complexity, travel, and market rate.
