BI Developer - Revenue Cycle

Superlanet is seeking a skilled BI Developer - Revenue Cycle for a contract position to support one of our healthcare clients in California. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Epic Cogito reporting tools and a deep understanding of revenue cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with revenue cycle stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and extracts using Epic Cogito tools (Radar, SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, and Clarity).
  
• Support operational and financial reporting needs, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as billing, collections, denials, and reimbursement trends.
  
• Validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity across reporting outputs.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  
• Partner with end users to provide training and guidance on self-service reporting tools.
  
• Stay current with Epic Cogito upgrades and advancements, ensuring the client maximizes their reporting capabilities.
  
• Collaborate with IT teams and revenue cycle leadership to align data strategies with organizational goals.
  

Requirements

• Epic Cogito Certification (Radar, Reporting Workbench, Clarity, and/or Caboodle highly preferred).
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing Epic-based reporting solutions, specifically for the revenue cycle domain.
  
• Solid understanding of Epic’s revenue cycle workflows, including billing, claims, denials, and payment processing.
  
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
