Client Assurance Consultant

About the role

In this role, you will be a fundamental player in the pre-sales cycle, ensuring that the company's solutions and services meet the highest standards of security, reliability and compliance. You will work hand in hand with the commercial and technical team, responding to the security requirements of our clients and optimizing assurance processes..

Minimum qualifications
 

Technical skills:

• Familiarity with security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA.
• Experience in RFP/RFI management tools and response databases (such as Loopio, RFPIO or similar).

Automation skills:

• Knowledge of automation tools to optimize response processes to questionnaires and forms.
• Experience in integrating workflows using technologies such as APIs, macros or specialized software.

Preferred qualifications

• Startup experience is a huge plus.
  

Responsibilities

Answer customer security questionnaires:

• Analyze and complete technical and compliance questionnaires related to information security, regulations (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) and specific client requirements.
• Ensure responses are clear, consistent, and aligned with internal policies and industry standards.

RFP and RFI Management:

• Prepare and coordinate responses to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information), ensuring accurate alignment with client security requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate technical, regulatory, and strategic information into proposals.

Process Improvement and Automation:

• Design and maintain a centralized database of questionnaire responses, aligned with best practices and updated with the latest security standards.
• Implement tools and processes to automate response preparation and improve workflow efficiency.

Technical Security Prevention:

• Support the sales team during prevention stages, participating in meetings with clients to resolve questions about the security and compliance capabilities of products and services.
• Translate technical and regulatory requirements of clients into customized solutions.• Work closely with security, compliance, and legal teams to collect evidence and documentation that responds to responses sent to clients.

Collaboration with internal teams:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard pre-sales materials (e.g., canned responses, security architecture diagrams, whitepapers).
