About the role
To contribute to our development, we are looking for a talented senior Mobile game UX&UI designer who will help define the visual direction and design of our apps. From creating seamless navigations to designing eye-catching visuals, you are a highly experienced graphic artist who designs playful & bold mobile game user interfaces and eye-catching artwork.
Your style needs to feel casual and fun, with a smart use of color, highly attractive game art, and stunning layouts, with a great eye in detail, and sophisticated logo & typography treatments.
Missions
- Provide creative thinking magic regarding dynamic and responsive UI and UX designs.
- Develop intuitive, usable, crazy-fun engaging visual layouts, icons and artwork for mobile games.
- Autonomous but able to work closely with the Creative Director, receive and apply feedback and direction.
- Generate great and amusing game art assets (props, icons, simple illustrations)
- Collaborate with our team of creative geniuses to understand user needs and transform them into jaw-dropping design solutions.
- Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
- Research and track advancements in mobile application design patterns.
- Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field.
About you
✔ Strong graphic design skills (minimum 3-5 years of experience), with a great understanding of typography and intuitive layouts.
✔ Strong ability to recognize and predict use-cases and user interaction, including happy path, edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs.
✔ Lots of experience in designing mobile games - Party, Truth or Dare, or roulette game design will earn you extra bonus points.
✔ Excellent understanding of user-experience design and psychology for mobile apps and technology trends.
✔ Strong ability to “translate” briefs from managers into technical design “language”.
✔ Proven ability to deliver high quality designs.
✔ A team player who is hard-working, organized and can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
✔ Expert level skills in Adobe suite, Figma, and any other relevant design tools, plus knowledge of Unity 3D.
✔ A bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, human-computer science or related field.
✔ Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English to charm and persuade others with your design decisions.
