Who We Are Looking For
We are currently seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead projects in the U.S. market with a strong understanding of delivering technology solutions in the Retail vertical. As we expand the x-hoppers solution, we are looking for a motivated individual to assist our partners in rolling out x-hoppers solutions and manage the installation process from pre- to post-sales.
- How You Will Make an Impact
Engage closely with key technical partners on high-priority projects, ensuring smooth delivery while maintaining transparency and visibility.
- Work alongside the Delivery Lead and other stakeholders to clarify project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams, including developers, product owners, and architects, to streamline planning, execution, and delivery.
- Organize and lead meetings with tech partners, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and collaborate with the Delivery Lead to devise and implement mitigation strategies.
- Cultivate a collaborative and innovative work culture that emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring communication is timely and effective to manage expectations and strengthen partnerships.
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and practices, contributing to the team's growth and efficiency.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in delivery management, enriching the team's knowledge base.
What You Bring to the Team
- Skills in managing multiple third-party engagements across diverse projects.
- Proficient in traditional and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communicator, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experienced in software and firmware lifecycles, including release processes.
- Proven flexibility in addressing challenges and contributing to problem resolution.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and improvement.
- Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
