NOTE: This summer internship position is available to a student studying in the translation field. It is for 12 weeks between May and August, although start and end dates can be flexible to accommodate school schedules. The hours are from 9am – 6pm EST and the job can be done remotely. There is a potential for part-time weekend work at the end of the internship.
Position Overview:
This position will provide project management support and assist with Operations-related projects for the Legal, Localizations, and Life Sciences verticals.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Clearly communicate any issues to project managers
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Collaborate with Operations managers to executive department initiatives
- Support projects that arise in other departments
- Monitor inboxes and assign emails to appropriate personnel
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned

Education and Experience: Studying to complete a bachelor’s degree, preferably in the translation field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, thorough, accurate, and able to work quickly and steadily in a focused manner
- Ability to handle multiple demands, delays and interruptions while still maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Demonstrate initiatives, persistence, ability to problem-solve, decision-making abilities, and creative thinking to readily offer client solutions
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in another language, other than English, preferred but not required
