We are seeking a dynamic Senior Key Account Client Success Manager with experience in the life and/or health insurance industry to cultivate and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with our valued customers. In this pivotal role, you will champion client success by driving adoption of the AgencyBloc suite of products and services, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and unlocking growth opportunities through proactive account management.  

As a key client advocate, you will combine strategic communication skills, deep relationship-building expertise, and a results-oriented mindset to deliver measurable outcomes for both our clients and our business. This role demands a high level of professionalism, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to manage priorities effectively. Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • The Senior Key Account Client Success Manager is an expert on the AgencyBlocs suite of services including our AgencyBloc AMS and the Quote+ quoting and enrollment products and how these systems can be used to help our agencies achieve their business objectives.
  • Own and manage a book of business or top 115+ accounts equaling over $4M in ARR.
  • Own personal KPI’s which include gross retention, logo retention, cross selling and upselling of your personal book of business.
  • Develop and manage client relationships throughout the client lifecycle, including the initial
  • onboarding period, ensuring product adoption and customers are using the solution to achieve full business value.
  • Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to review performance metrics, discuss progress toward strategic goals, share insights, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Conduct client product training sessions via web meetings and conference calls.
  • Work with clients and internal business partners to ensure setup and implementation of their account meets client expectations
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, and provide recommendations based on risk and customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique VoIP needs, requirements, and workflows.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with main decision-makers in which you identify challenges and areas of opportunity.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in team chat channels to ensure we are utilizing the team’s collective knowledge
  • Actively participate in weekly departmental meetings.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product.
  • Other duties as assigned.  

Skills/Education/Experience: 

  •  5+ years of SaaS account management experience or life and health insurance industry experience. ○ AgencyBloc, Quote+, FormFire or Radius experience desired, but not required.
  • Specific examples of previous experience developing relationships with C-Suite customers and exceeding goals.
  • Proven track record of establishing credibility with key clients and accounts.
  • Understanding of VoIP functionality and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to turn data into decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and efficient.
  • High level of comfort with technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
