The Role

ITスキルを身に着けながら、ITで社会インフラを支えるグローバルな業務です。

【業務内容】

キンドリルでは、私たちの日常生活を支えるシステムの提案・構築・運用を行っています。

大規模プロジェクトにおいて、そのシステムが問題なく稼働するために、ITサービスマネジメントを実践いただき、品質の維持・向上のた

めの業務に従事いただきます。

・各プロセスに対してトランスフォーメーション計画策定とお客様調整し遂行

・変更管理や問題管理を中心としたプロセス実践

・トラブル発生時の原因分析と正常化支援

なお、今回想定しているプロジェクトもしくは同等の別プロジェクトに従事、または両プロジェクトの兼任の可能性があります。

Who You Are

分散基盤チーム（サーバーチーム）リーダーとして現行のお客様業務とシステムを理解し、引継ぎ計画作成、チーム進捗管理、アウトプッ

ト作成指示・管理、品質管理計画作成・管理、各種会議運営、レポート作成指示・報告を行う。また、運用フェーズにおいて、システム管

理担当として、通常運用や障害対応時のコントロールも行う。オフショア(インドチーム)とのbridgeを行う。

【必要なスキルと経験】

Linux、AIX、Windows、vmwareなどの仮想技術

【望ましいスキルと経験】

・PMP(Project Management Profession)の資格（入社してから研修受講・資格取得も可能です）

・ITILの資格（入社してから研修受講・資格取得も可能です）

・ITサービスマネジメントの業務経験

・英語によるメールやミーティングでのコミュニケーション
