The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Platform Account Executive who will be responsible for exceeding sales targets and business objectives through the sale of Adobe's Experience Cloud solutions. As an Enterprise Platform Account Executive, you will drive big deal net new and install base revenue within the Solution Led and LATAM businesses. The ideal candidate is someone with a "hunter" mentality who thrives on being on the front lines, prospecting, consultative selling, closing big deals, and winning!

The perfect candidate will achieve success through pipelining, deal creation and identifying the right big deals at the right time for our customers to realize digital experience transformation. What you'll Do
  • Articulate the Adobe story, outstanding value proposition and how Adobe’s enterprise solutions align with customer’s vision and address customer’s business issue (e.g. return on investment of product).
  • Be a hunter, perform outbound prospecting activities to generate big deals for Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions across the Portfolio teams in Solution Led and in the LATAM markets.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives first; then painting the vision of digital transformation.
  • Build, develop, lead, and implement an account plan that serves as a success roadmap to help ensure expected results are delivered in a well-thought-out manner.
  • Maintain, drive and build an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives for our biggest customers.
  • Handle, coordinate, collaborate and work with various cross-functional groups within Adobe (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to successfully lead the entire sales cycle.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe's Experience Cloud solutions.
What you need to succeed
  • A minimum of 5 years' prior enterprise-level outside software sales experience, preferably within web technology and/or digital marketing solutions.
  • Extensive experience withAdobe Experience Cloud solutions or similar marketing solutions.
  • Ability to influence at the C-Suite and board levels; deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Consistent track record of success and a history of exceeding quota.
  • Creative self-starter: ability to work independently.
  • Must have strong skills in the following: communication, presentation skills, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $184,000 -- $313,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
