Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects and drive cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or digital marketing industries. This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects while aligning with organizational goals.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, oversee stakeholder management, and play a pivotal role in shaping best practices for the Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Planning and Leadership
  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment.
  • Manage relationships with internal cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and key milestones.
Risk Management and Problem Solving
  • Proactively identify risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.
  • Resolve high-impact issues promptly while maintaining project momentum and quality standards.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Provide guidance to junior project managers or coordinators, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement within the project management function.
Data-Driven Insights and Reporting
  • Oversee the integration of Pulse iD’s analytics tools into client platforms, ensuring actionable insights on campaign performance, user engagement, and ROI.
  • Present detailed project progress reports and insights to senior management and clients.
Process Optimization and Innovation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of PMO frameworks, processes, and methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative practices to elevate project delivery standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience and Education
  • 7-9 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of leading complex projects in fintech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing or a related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are highly preferred).
Technical and Leadership Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, loyalty platforms, marketing initiatives, and merchant integrations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Soft Skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for high-level client and team interactions.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Managing enterprise-grade loyalty programs or marketing campaigns for financial institutions or telcos.
  • Leading cross-border rewards programs and affiliate partnerships.
  • Experience with analytics dashboards, campaign management platforms, or merchant integrations.
