In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer management, across your specialist functions and various regions. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and hiring the best candidates in the market, ensuring that Nivoda remains a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative workplace.

What You’ll Do
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles and departments.
Strong experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, preferably Ashby.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting for a fast-growing scale-up from Series C-IPO.
Familiarity with global recruitment across various functions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, yet collaboratively with the HR team and cross-functional partners.
