We need an English-fluent Static Banner Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design static banner ads for various digital platforms, including display ads, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Create visually compelling designs to promote client's content, including TV shows, movies, and special promotions.
  • Work within established brand guidelines while maintaining creative flexibility and innovation.
  • Ensure consistency in design quality and adherence to brand standards across multiple assets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand campaign goals and deliver effective designs.
  • Handle a high volume of assets (2000+ per month) while maintaining high design standards and efficiency.
  • Optimize banner designs for various screen sizes and ad specifications.
  • Revise and make adjustments based on feedback from the marketing and creative teams.
  • Manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines and deliverables, without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices to continuously improve the creative output.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio showcasing static banner ads, social media visuals, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment (entertainment marketing experience a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience designing for various formats (web banners, social media ads, email headers, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of entertainment marketing and the ability to design for different types of content (lms, TV shows, promos, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to quickly adapt to feedback and make revisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to work efficiently and deliver a high volume of assets on a strict deadline schedule.

It's a plus:

  • Experience working directly with clients like Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming platforms.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for banner ad coding.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or animation (a plus for creating interactive banners).
  • Experience working on entertainment-related projects or campaigns.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position will start with a trial period of 3 months, depending on your performance, and will be extended as a long-term contract.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
