We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and scale our team of Account Managers (AMs). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's performance, driving revenue growth through effective coaching, and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and sales success.

About the role:

  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Hire, onboard, and train ADRs to ensure top performance.

    • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

    • Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

    • Monitor team KPIs and sales metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

    • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align on revenue growth initiatives.

  • Customer Engagement & Success:

    • Ensure ADRs build strong customer relationships to uncover business needs.

    • Oversee customer account planning and pipeline management.

    • Provide guidance on complex sales situations and customer negotiations.

  • Process & Reporting:

    • Optimize sales processes and ensure CRM and sales tools are used effectively.

    • Analyze performance data and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Market & Product Expertise:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape.

    • Act as a feedback conduit between customers and internal teams to drive product improvements.
