About this Role
As a React Native Engineer at Rapptr Labs, you will be joining a team of innovative and dedicated professionals who are passionate about creating impactful mobile and web applications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, leveraging your skills in React Native to develop high-quality, scalable, and user-centric applications. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote and collaborative environment, enjoys tackling challenges, and is committed to continuous learning and improvement. You will be working with team members across various regions including LATAM, Africa, Europe, and the US.
What you’ll do- Develop and refine high-quality code for mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to bring digital products to life.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring their success and alignment with client expectations.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Work in a remote environment, effectively collaborating with international and US-based team members.
What you’ll bring- 3 or more years of experience in React Native development.
- A track record of deploying apps to app stores.
- Proficiency in tools such as Git and familiarity with standard development practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- A proactive approach to time management and the ability to work independently.
- Additional knowledge in React Web and general backend development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with local persistence solutions like Realm and an understanding of native platforms like iOS or Android.
