As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our car wash fleet services, reaching out to local businesses, building relationships, and helping grow our customer base. This role is about more than just sales—it’s about making an impact, developing long-lasting partnerships, and working independently in a remote setting. Whether you're experienced in B2B sales or just love connecting with people, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, hit goals, and contribute to company growth in a meaningful way.

YOU COULD BE A FIT IF YOU... 

  • Have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with cold-calling exposure. 
  • Are comfortable using tools like HubSpot (this one’s a priority), Microsoft Excel, and Office 365 to track and manage your progress. 
  • Are self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. 
  • Have great communication skills and can build lasting relationships with potential clients. 
  • Are comfortable working independently from home in a quiet, professional setup. 
  • Have reliable transportation to occasionally visit our Dallas HQ for training or meetings. 

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST MONTH, YOU MIGHT HAVE... 

  • Made calls to and established partnerships with local businesses to connect them with our fleet services. 
  • Built and maintained a strong client list by researching and reaching out to new opportunities. 
  • Used HubSpot and Excel to track your leads and progress. 
  • Worked towards daily and weekly performance goals, contributing to the growth of the business. 
  • Developed lasting relationships with new clients, turning leads into long-term partnerships. 
  • Contributed to team meetings and shared insights on how to improve and achieve even more.

LOCATION AND HOURS 

This is a full-time role that is primarily remote, but based in the Dallas area (which would allow for common visits to our corporate headquarters).
