POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Software Design Engineer for a remote based position

• Develop/executes performance tools and scripts.
• Collect and report the performance data to the performance team and other stakeholders.
• Analyze automated performance tool results and report results to the performance team.
• Be familiar with physical computer technologies and configuration as well as cloud-based technologies.
• Will work under the supervision of more senior Performance Engineers.

• Must have 2+ years of experience in SQL (the more they know about SQL databases the better) |
• Must have 2+ years of experience writing in at least one of the following C#, Bash, C, C++, PowerShell, Python, etc
• Must have 2+ years of experience in basic understanding of the different components that make up a computer and how those components interact
• Should have Knowledge of PowerShell and other scripting languages
• Should have good investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Should have the ability to use, at a basic level, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Should have the ability to learn new information quickly.
• Should have general knowledge of personal and server-class computers, applications software, and operating systems.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science (Master’s a plus)

Preferred qualification

• Database skills are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle preferred

• A competitive pay range of $32/hr- $34/hr (depending on experience).
• Location : Remote, USA
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
• 8 paid holidays + 1 personal floating holiday).
