Overview:
LMI is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to join our Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) team supporting DHS CWMD Operations Support Directorate, including Securing the Cities (STC) program. This position requires ability to obtain DHS suitability and Secret security clearance. The candidate must be able to travel, and be able to work out of the client site in Washington, DC, as needed, sometimes on short notice.
With the threat of transnational terrorism and ongoing development of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) by nations potentially hostile to the U.S., DHS has taken steps to integrate the full range of its radiological, nuclear, chemical, and biological capabilities to enhance the nation’s abilities to prevent terrorists and other threat actors from using WMD, and support operational partners in closing capability gaps along adversary pathways. As the focal point for this effort, DHS Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Operations Support Directorate (OSD) requires advisory and assistance services to effectively operationalize CWMD by developing and enhancing the capabilities of the DHS Components as well as federal, state, local, tribal and territorial (FSLTT) partners. LMI provides advisory and assistance services (program support, training and exercise, information integration, requirements generation, and operations coordination) to CWMD Operations Support Directorate (OSD).

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts in completing tasks by prioritizing and synchronizing requirements in support of asset management effort for radiological and nuclear detection program and equipment, including Securing the Cities Program (STC), and other applicable programs as required.
- Guide and oversee development of various documents, and support implementation of governance structure and information management solution to support asset management.
- Support government Program Management office in its support to State, Local, Tribal and Territorial (SLTT) regions in their procurement and sustainment of radiological and nuclear detection capabilities and in managing STC Integrated Product Teams.
- Support development of presentations and documents that are appropriate for government senior executives.
- Support in planning, coordinating and implementing lifecycle management of the detection and supporting equipment.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Asset/Property Management best practices to the government Logistics Team Lead.
- Travel as required to support the STC Program Management Office mission.
Qualifications:
Targeted salary range: $90,000-$140,000
