We are 2 minutes walk from Central station and walking distance from all the cafes and restaurants that Surry Hills has to offer. The brand new sites have been designed to support flexible working with different spaces for activities such as collaboration, brainstorming, or relaxing.
With flexible working at our core, our teams have the option to work from home, out of our Surry Hills offices, or our corporate head office in Bella Vista.
What you’ll do
- Modelling and communicating transitionary states required to reach the target state.
- Produce Solution Architectures that meet business requirements, are fit for purpose, align with the company's IT strategic directions and offer value for money. Minimise implementation deviation from architecture by working closely with the teams and conducting periodic architecture reviews.
- Ensure that the designed business rules are consistent across the organisation, that interfaces and information flows are standardised and connectivity and interoperability are managed across the enterprise and outside it where necessary
What you’ll bring
The Senior Solution Architect will need to be a technologist who is a hands-on, responsive problem solver.
- Demonstrated capability designing large scale E2E solutions and leading teams in an IT environment ideally within a consumer facing Digital environment
- Extensive experience with solutions architecture, business, and systems requirements, and technical design and analysis in a complex and legacy technical environment.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft tech stack - .Net, Node JS, Javascript etc
- Solid experience in the facilitation of groups during planning and design activities, change management activities whilst demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate to the technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organisation.
- Superior analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including report writing and presentation skills
