The Role

The Project Coordinator will be a part of our Operations team and support and assist the Project Management team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time. The Project Coordinator is involved in the day-to-day operations of their assigned projects and is responsible for parts of a project, such as supporting users and checking the quality of our products.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain relevant experience to become a Project Manager in the future.

This is a remote position in the US (East Coast) where you will work closely with not only customers but also across functions/teams within the organization.

The Operations team works with customers, patients, and sites all over the world. They are dedicated to customer service and ensure that customers have a seamless experience with our solutions. The team has a solid understanding of clinical trials and patient recruitment.

Responsibilities

Honey Platform

• Configure and maintain the project in Trialbee’s Honey platform.
• Create and manage users in Trialbee’s Honey platform.
• Complete site engagement and follow-up, as required.
• Troubleshoot problems encountered by users and work with internal departments to resolve them as required.
  

Project Support

• Coordinate project meetings, provide meeting minutes, and assist with action resolution.
• Interact with internal project team, client, study site, and third-party vendors as required.
• Provide timely administrative, implementation, maintenance, and/ or processing support to the project management team and other operations team members required for project delivery.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project records, tools, and documents to enable effective project tracking against milestones and deliverables throughout the life cycle of a project.
• Participate with operations team members to continuously review and improve processes, practices, and the quality of service provided to clients.
  

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, government, teaching, financial, etc.
• Work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar is a plus.
• Previous experience in the tech/healthcare industry is preferred.
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive attitude with an ability to interact with all levels of people to coordinate.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to use Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A high degree of comfort with technology and willingness to learn/use new tools.
