Job description

Barebells is thrilled to launch our second sampling tour, "The Crave Adventure," a high-energy journey across 9 cities in 2 months. 


The tour will activate from a 38ft school bus (with clamshell doors) followed by a Barebells-branded support vehicle, which you’ll drive. We’ll sample products, generate social content, host events, and activate dynamic out-of-home campaigns.

Are you passionate about events, activations, and travel? As the Day to Day Tour Ambassador you’ll play a key role in executing this nationwide brand activation, ensuring every detail runs smoothly. This is your chance to join an unforgettable 10-week tour and help bring Barebells to communities across the country!

Duration: 10-Week Product Marketing Tour | Starting the First Week of March 2025

Travel Schedule:

  • Start Date: March 3rd 2025
  • Tour Dates: March 7th in Los Angeles – May 4th 2025
  • Driving Days: 1-2 days per week
  • Activation Days: 3-4 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Logistics:

  • Support the safe operation of the branded vehicle (Jeep Gladiator) between cities and activation locations.
  • Work with your travel partner and bus driver to ensure smooth and efficient logistics.

Activation Support:

  • Assist the Tour Manager and coordinator in executing daily activation activities.
  • Help with setup and breakdown of events and activations at each location.
  • Restock product and merchandise for the bus as needed.
  • Greet customers enthusiastically as they enter the bus and share product information.
  • Work collaboratively with other on-site staff to ensure seamless event execution.

Problem Solving:

  • Work with the Tour Manager to resolve any challenges that arise during the tour.
  • Troubleshoot issues with ease and a positive attitude.

Requirements:
  • 0-1 year of marketing activation experience.
  • Strong team player with a passion for events and activations.
  • Comfortable with extended travel and flexible schedules.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work collaboratively.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as setting up displays and moving products.
  • Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable helping with driving.
