ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in the state of New York or anywhere else in the US, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals working on exciting projects that integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into scalable SaaS platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead the technical implementation of projects with a focus on architecture, scalability, and security.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of trust and innovation.
• Drive the integration of AI technologies into workflows and products.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when relevant.
• Proactively resolve technical challenges, including bottlenecks and AI-related complexities.
• Engage in hands-on coding occasionally to set standards and guide team members.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 7-10 years of professional development experience, with expertise in PHP (preferably Laravel).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React.
• Proven experience designing scalable, secure architectures for SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in AI tools, workflows, and integration techniques.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional onsite meetings (New York is a plus).
