Position Summary:

The role has strong focus on providing high quality customer service to both new and existing clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed service standards as agreed in client service agreements.
  • Take a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Support the Team with taking a proactive approach to triaging new business opportunities through the existing client base.
  • Adhere to Liberty quality practices, including following all Liberty procedures.
  • Meet and exceed service standards agreed in the client’s service agreement.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and expense budgets; Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and frequently monitor political, management and other changes within the client organisations to preserve and protect Liberty's relationship with the client.
  • Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Implement successful account retention and defense strategies

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of client’s operations and risk exposures.
  • Identify specific client and prospect needs and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Review and revise insurance program in conjunction with the client to ensure complete and appropriate coverage.
  • Resolving client issues and concerns.
  • Interacting and communicating regularly to ensure expected standards of service are delivered to the client.
  • Maintaining at all times, a thorough understanding and knowledge of all available Liberty resources.
  • Ensuring expected standards of service are delivered to our clients
  • Produce new business and assist in the development of sales and marketing strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive new business sales and development plans for identified targeted prospects and existing clients based on pre-agreed financial goals.
  • Focus efforts on the development of new contacts and building relationships with prospects that align with the Selects’s acknowledged target market, with the understanding that volume of prospecting activity is essential.
  • Providing the leadership necessary for development and delivery of insurance and industry related presentations / seminars prospects and clients as required

Operational Excellence:

  • In conjunction with the service team, establish client service plans ensuring account profitability in a value-based approach for the scope of services required.
  • Assume accountability for the day-to-day service quality provided to the client.
  • Developing and managing client relationships in order to increase penetration sales and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned in support of the managing the day-to-day service delivery to our clients.
  • Work closely with insurer partners to negotiate favorable solutions for clients.
  • Retains and grows Liberty’s business, cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts.
  • Drives the renewal process, assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement the client-specific renewal strategy.
  • Coordinates with Brokers in the development and delivery of renewal strategies.
  • Ensures understanding of client needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework relevant to services delivered.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experience handling mid-to-large commercial lines accounts.
  • Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred.
  • Active DOI P&C License required.
  • At least one professional designation relevant to commercial lines required- CPCU, CISR, CISC, CRIS, CIC, ARM.
  • Knowledge of AMS360 system or similar agency management system.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance and products.
