Role Description :
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your role will be pivotal in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and services, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will leverage your expertise to optimize the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes. Additionally, your responsibilities will include enhancing the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module to streamline HR operations. Your ability to integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST and SOAP protocols will be crucial, as will your proficiency in utilizing the Flow Designer for workflow automation.

Your success in this role will be facilitated by your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and your ability to apply this knowledge to real-world business challenges. You should be well-versed in the Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) requirements for both HRSD and ITSM.
