The Opportunity

We are seeking a National Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by building and expanding relationships with large, multi-facility companies across the U.S. This is not a regional role with extensive travel—it is a strategic, relationship-driven sales position that focuses on growing accounts primarily through virtual engagement and phone communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with national, multi-location businesses, earning their trust as their go-to flooring vendor.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Leverage NetSuite CRM to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and streamlined processes.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers, understanding the unique needs of large enterprises.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless service and execution for national accounts.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably with large, multi-location businesses.
  • Experience selling virtually and building strong relationships remotely—this role requires a salesperson who can grow accounts without needing frequent in-person meetings.
  • CRM expertise is required (NetSuite preferred). We prioritize system utilization to drive efficiency across our business.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus, though previous flooring experience is not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
