Client Success Specialist Overview: At PlanITROI, the Client Success Specialist will play a key role in ensuring our largest clients experience exceptional support and lasting value. As the primary point of contact, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, managing the successful execution of client projects and fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client deliverables are completed on time and with precision, by collaborating closely with our operations team and other departments. By proactively addressing client needs, meeting guaranteed timelines, and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience, you will consistently aim to exceed expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, accounting, sales, and operations, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify up-selling or cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships and support business growth.
  • Proactive Communication: Monitor client satisfaction through regular, engaging communication and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client issues effectively, escalating when necessary, and ensuring resolution aligns with company standards.
  • Reporting and Insights: Analyze data and provide clients with actionable insights to optimize their engagement with PlanITROI’s services.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in client services, client success, project coordination, or account management.
  • 3+ years of experience in computing, telecommunications, SaaS, cybersecurity, or other technology industry.
  • Experience in ITAD or reverse logistics desired
  • Familiarity with supply chain management is needed.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Must have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
