As a Growth Marketer , you will play a crucial role in accelerating our company's growth by implementing and optimizing marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. You will be responsible for analyzing trends, driving measurable results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand the brand’s reach.
Spaarks is a hyperlocal social network that connects you to your community by letting you post text, images, or videos visible to everyone nearby. Free and user-friendly, it simplifies how you discover and interact with what’s happening around you. Developed by OSOS Private Limited, Spaarks strives to connect people to their nearby, aiming to revolutionize nearby communication for fulfilling all nearby-related social, business, and inter-personal needs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and run marketing campaigns using social media, email, SEO, and ads.
Analyze campaign results and make changes to improve performance.
Work with other teams on product launches and promotions.
Test different ideas (A/B testing) to improve user sign-ups and engagement.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Study trends in the market and keep up with marketing best practices.
Help run paid ad campaigns to attract more users.
Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field.
1 year of experience in digital or growth marketing.
Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or Google Ads.
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Strong data analysis skills to improve campaigns.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Prior work experience in growth marketing or digital marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of marketing automation and lead generation tools is a plus.
