Job description

This is a remote position.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Travel Booking Service Agent to join our team.

As a Remote Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to your clients from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you choose to work. 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. You must be able to work independently and be comfortable with technology as our company operates exclusively online.


Responsibilities include marketing to gain clients, answering customer inquiries, booking travel, resolving issues, and providing information about your products and services. 

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documenting customer interactions.
