Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring the integrity of financial records
  • Assist in reconciling multiple accounts on a monthly basis, developing a keen eye for detail and financial accuracy
  • Support basic bookkeeping duties, gaining hands-on experience in financial management practices
  • Record financial transactions with precision, contributing to the overall accuracy of the company’s financial reports
  • Collaborate with the bookkeeping department on various projects, offering support and learning from experienced professionals
  • Assist in preparing financial documents and reports as needed, enhancing your understanding of financial processes
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with company policies

Requirements
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a willingness to expand knowledge of accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy in all tasks
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles, with a desire to learn and grow in the field
  • Excellent data entry skills, including fast and accurate typing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
