Job description

Job Overview:

As a Mortgage Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting brokers by preparing and submitting loan applications. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that all applications adhere to lender and compliance guidelines, providing timely and accurate information to customers, and building and maintaining positive relationships with lenders. You will also be responsible for collating and managing all necessary documentation for loan applications, updating and maintaining customer files and tracking systems, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve organizational targets. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to foster effective relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Job Description:

Support the Broker in preparing and submitting loan applications.
Ensure all loan applications meet lender and compliance guidelines.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with lenders.
Collate and manage all necessary documentation for loan applications.
Update and maintain customer files and tracking systems.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets

Requirements

Experience as a Mortgage broker or Credit analyst with an Australian lender or Brokerage Firm
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in computer skills and database management.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Someone who is easily adaptable
Willingness to learn Positive work ethic
Ability to read financials both simple and complex.
