Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a North America Sales Executive with exceptional interpersonal skills, actively seek out and engage potential customers in the North American business aviation market. In addition to having a strong background in software sales, the ideal candidate will have proven experience and knowledge of the aviation industry.

Your focus

  • Create, build, and promote solid, long-term customer partnerships while thoroughly understanding their needs;
  • Understand the product, its applicability to customer needs, and be able to conduct a presentation and demonstration;
  • Stay current with new product and feature launches;
  • Forecast and report sales and revenues to management;
  • Manage sales tracking tools, own and follow up on tasks, and report on vital information;
  • Provide data to improve sales results;
  • Build an effective and sustainable pipeline;
  • Track, analyse, and measure KPIs and sales funnels;
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to continuously monitor customer experience and satisfaction, and with our Marketing team to guarantee successful sales strategies.


Requirements
  • Three to five years of software sales experience, ideally in the private aviation sector;
  • A solid grasp of scheduling systems, fleet management, and aircraft operations;
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems;
  • Understanding of SaaS sales models;
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
  • Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills;
  • Availability to travel within North America;
  • Aviation related degrees or certifications are a plus, but not essential.
