We aim to be the primary service provider for the people and entities responsible for the care, movement, and long-term preservation of art and culture.
To that end, our Accounts Manager, West (Private Customers, Galleries and Artists) is responsible for building, growing and strengthening client relationships to deliver client-oriented solutions across Crozier’s entire portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the main point of contact clients, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and growth of the account
Develop Account Plans, Quarterly Business Reviews, and execute on all aspects of account and project management
Manage a range of service projects, from supporting our clients with their day-to-day transactional needs, to working on their more complex, large-scale and International projects, staying within scope and budget
Utilize a consultative approach to determine technical requirements, design solutions, define dependencies, assess risks and build proposals
Provide clear and concise directives to operating departments and agents, ensuring estimates, work orders and invoices are clear, and deliver to the customers expectations in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS
3 to 5 Years of Experience in Sales, Account and/or Project Management
Prior experience with selling and account management, sales process, client lifecycle management, Global Trade, Project Management workflows or Inventory Management required
Experience of in-field art handling, inventory, rigging, or other collections care activity is preferred, but not required
Skills - strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; able to work collaboratively across the organization; strong work ethic; time management; solutions driven
Must be able to travel/report to Crozier & Client locations within market, as needed
