Job description

Summary

The ideal candidate will support centers in their region and process ticket orders for the repairs needed in order to establish and maintain the three C’s standard. This role can expect extended hours during project completion. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant teammates and ensuring feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of facilities management, project management, maintenance or safety related experience

Required Skills And Abilities

  • Must maintain a valid driver's license at all times.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Ability to travel to various worksites to provide training.
