Founded in Austin, Texas, we are looking for a motivated, top-notch Credentialing Specialist who wants to be a part of a stellar team and deliver exceptional results. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.

Ability to speak eloquently about past accomplishments
2-10 years of previous job experience
1-5 years of credentialing experience preferred
2 + years of experience in an administrative role required (preferably Behavioral Health or Healthcare)
Delegated Credentialing experience preferred
Fully understand CAQH Attestations and processing
Proficient at using Excel and Word (Google Suite Products preferred)
Responsibilities
Carries out the provider enrollment function as delegated by payor plans
Obtain and store contracts, contact information, provider information, and fee schedules in an orderly fashion
Processing and tracking of applications to ensure timely enrollment
Timely resolution on payor information requests
Facilitate payer calls to address contracting or credentialing issues
Maintaining the provider enrollment database. Updating the database with new providers, and with changes in provider information.
Able to act independently to review and assess provider applications for completion, identify credentialing concerns and request appropriate follow up information from providers or other sources as needed
Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective and efficient manner
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks or other duties as needed
