Job description

The Community Engagement Leader serves as a strategic right-hand resource to the Community Leader and is responsible for the engagement of advisors with Cetera and the Community through partnerships with marketing & communication teams for content distribution and through management & execution of the implementation and communication of new programs, product offering, resources, tool, and initiatives. Responsible for engaging and supporting Channel & Community Leadership in strategic planning processes and resource management. This is a Remote role.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with marketing and communications partner(s) as community resource & collaborator, responsible for content distribution and management for the Community including review and prioritization of distributed content, supporting Channel go-to-market strategy & plans, and building incremental adoption content and engagements to help financial advisors to engage and adopt Cetera programs.
  • Act as a thought partner with an aligned communication manager and communication support team(s).
  • Work with the Events & Conferences Marketing team in planning, creating & executing content and messaging, creating meeting agendas, and ensuring execution of Enterprise, Channel & Community priorities for Company events.
  • Responsible for working closely with the Channel Shared Services Leader and marketing & communications team(s) to design, create & execute a communication strategy in support of the Community value proposition to financial advisors.
  • Accountable for the execution of Community meetings & study groups, coordinating delivery of content within Company conferences and meetings, and spearheading community-level advisor boards.
  • Responsible for Community engagement in projects, process improvements, and other developments designed to improve growth expertise and service delivery, providing input, collaborating, and tracking/executing milestones.
  • Responsible for running point with the Channel Shared Services Leader to ensure effective partnerships and service delivery by Shared Services, Sales Enablement, Strategy & Solutions, Operations, and Due Diligence teams.
  • Responsible for Community partnerships, through the Channel and directly, with value line leaders and teams.
  • Actively review shared service performance with the Community.
  • Responsible for identifying Community Leader engagement needs amongst regions.
  • Partner and coordinate with marketing and communications teams for delivery of content, media, and messaging for the Community.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ Years Relationship Management & Sales Experience
  • Sales Operations, Process Improvement, Advisor Communications and/or Events & Program Delivery Experience

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) and /or 24 FINRA Licenses (Desired)

Travel REQUIREMENTS

  • Up to 50% for Strategic Community Engagements with Advisors and Cetera Events, Conferences or Leadership Meetings.

COMPENSATION:

The base annual salary range for this role is $150,000 to $185,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
