  • Knowledgeable in basic licensing and software products
  • Equipped with good oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical with a sharp mind
  • A team player
  • Quick to learn and ensure self-education
  • Having a concept of basic ITIL practices
  • Strong in English at an intermediate level or above
  • Familiar with legislation on intellectual property (would be a plus)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Take part in daily activities related to the software lifecycle
  • Maintain records and databases
  • Communicate with external vendors
  • Participate in internal cross-team collaboration
  • Handle software asset requests
  • Provide licensing consultancy services
  • Add software assets into a database or SAM tool
  • Perform software procurement according to planned budgets and define license availability reports
  • Manage vendors or suppliers for basic purchases following defined rules
  • Review and negotiate contracts by consolidating requirements from all process stakeholders
  • Regulate or conduct an on-demand inventory of software within the organization
  • Avoid unnecessary asset purchases by promoting software comparisons to prevent duplicative software
  • Prevent overconsumption of software
